I tried to post this with a photo, no joke, at least 18 times, in different ways. And it kept giving me an error. So here it is without a picture.
Pro-tip: Respect the risotto. Never use a wine in your cooking that you wouldn’t drink by itself. Ravenswood 2010 Zinfandel in the house tonight (holler, $8 on sale at Whole Foods.)
Pro-tip Bonus: It goes without saying, but always drink the wine while cooking. And never leave an unfinished bottle laying around.
