better snacks needed.

Other than breakfast (english muffin) and lunch (roommate-made Minestrone soup), things I have snacked on today:

- banana (unripe, didn’t care) (gross)

- Nature Valley bar (don’t even like them)

- a bag of popcorn

- the rest of the office pretzel container (I actually brought the entire container to my desk)

I need more high-protein snack options. But if I have almonds around, I will eat all of them. Suggestions?

  2. annachapin said: as weird as this sounds, deviled eggs. use hummus if mayo skeeves you out.
  3. kbjb said: toast + 1 tablesppon almond butter. apple + almond butter. hard boiled eggs. carrots/celery + hummus. open faced fried egg + spinach sandwich.
